They currently have an opportunity for a Team Leader who is looking for the next step in their already successful careers....

Experience within the Food industry would be a distinct advantage with the ability to demonstrate Manufacturing experience as a Team Leader.

They would also consider manufacturing graduate trainees followed by some experience as a Team Leader or a solid grounding in a manufacturing related role (i.e. technical, engineering, process development) through direct entry, followed by some exposure to the role of Team Leader.

My Client is looking for somebody who has the potential to become a future Production / Operations Manager.

Personal Characteristics:

•Analytical – extremely comfortable working with statistics, graphs and figures

•Decisive – able to make quick / timely decisions

•Enjoys working to KPIs / targets

•Works through people

6 on: 3 off roster.

Fixed day shift 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Based just outside Dover the salary for this position is £20 – 27,500 DOE.
