A fast paced profession, you will liaise extensively with pan European clients and will be a confident communicator, able to engage and influence people.

Developing a specific technical market desk you will undertake candidate and client research to build your industry knowledge and marketing plan to grow a successful client portfolio, and will have all of the hallmarks of life’s successful people i.e. Be persuasive, resilient, motivated, competitive, hard working and proactive

Commission is uncapped – and your direct input into what you earn will allow your year 1 earnings typically to be between £35-50k.

As well as a great salary and uncapped commission, you will receive 23 days per year holiday. This rises to 28 days, Healthcare, Pension, and excellent career progression

By hitting targets you will progress through the following positions:
1. Trainee
2. Consultant
3. Senior Consultant
4. Principal Consultant
5. Team Leader
6. Senior Team Leader
7. Business Sales Leader

Other incentives are run constantly.
Consultants who hit their Club Lunch Target are treated to a Friday afternoon off work and a meal in one of the country’s best restaurants.
Hit you car target and you will be driving off in a brand new car. There are four car target levels so the more revenue a consultant bills, the better the car!
This is a very special long weekend for Consultants who excel over a certain period of time. This is an all expenses paid 5 star trips to one of the world's most exotic destinations. Previous achievers weekends have taken place in Miami, Las Vegas, Tokyo, Shanghai and Barbados.
