A Customer Account Manager is required for Financial Service company based in
the Medway and Maidstone area

The role will be to manage existing and potential customers within designated
post code areas to exceed business targets.

The key tasks of the role will be:
*To interview and evaluate customer information from application.
*To identify opportunities to sell financial services products.
*To make a credit decision and supporting recommendation for discussion with
the Branch Manager.
*To conduct a follow up meeting with the customer to confirm terms and
conditions.
*To manage existing customer accounts on an ongoing basis, proactively
identifying potential issues/problems and implementing solutions.
*To generate business from the existing customer base.
*Provide debt management advice to customers.
*Arrears management driven by telephone calls and field visits.
*Collecting overdue accounts up to date.

The ideal candidate must be able to:
*Prioritise work to achieve targets
*Takes ownership of problems, identify issues and provide solutions/courses
of action.
*Be flexible in approach to work and seek to change and continuously improve
to meet the changing needs of the business.
*Contributes ideas, share experience and supports other members of the team
*Able to communicate with all levels in a clear and concise manner

Salary: 18k OTE £30k
